Who operates this app

NeuralAir operates this dashboard for the station owner. Contact neuralairnetwork@gmail.com about data access or deletion.

Google and YouTube data

With the owner's permission, the app reads YouTube channel and video identifiers, titles and statistics, and YouTube Analytics reports. Reports can include views, watch time, average watch duration, likes, subscriber changes and country breakdowns. The app stores an authorization token so it can refresh these reports without asking the owner to sign in each time.

The requested Google permissions are read-only. The app does not use this connection to upload videos, edit the channel, read email or access Google Drive.

Purpose and access

The data helps the owner monitor the station and understand its audience. Reports and credentials are stored on the station's OVH server. The dashboard is restricted to the owner through a passkey, with a separate SSH connection for authorized operations. Data is exchanged with Google to obtain and refresh reports and shown in the owner's dashboard. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Other station information

The dashboard also displays server measurements, track backup files and listener vote totals from the station's existing collection system. Public YouTube comments and chat messages used for voting remain subject to YouTube's own privacy settings and policies.

Retention and deletion

Channel statistics and the latest Analytics report are refreshed periodically and replace the previous cached snapshot. Server metric history is kept for seven days. The Google authorization token remains stored until it expires, is revoked or is removed by the owner. The owner can request deletion of cached reports and credentials at the contact address above.

Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval; it does not automatically remove previously cached reports. Contact the operator to remove those copies.

Passkeys and sign-in

The station stores passkey public keys and sign-in records. Your device keeps the private key and performs any biometric check. The station never receives your fingerprint or face data. An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to twelve hours. Signing out removes that session. Enrollment invitations expire after two hours and work once.

Public information pages

These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting infrastructure processes network connection information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Google API data use

NeuralAir Station Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
